5-Axis Machining

Our Haas UMC-750 machines are capable of milling complex contours. Performing multiple operations in a single setup maximizes accuracy and saves time.


CNC machining can accomplish complex, precise cutting patterns with virtually no defects. We regularly hold tolerances within +/- .001 microns (mm) +/- .0001 inches. If you're aiming to produce 15,000 precisely cut units in a run, our CNC machining will turn around 15,000 completely uniform parts.

Turning with Live Tooling
